Toree's Happy Day!

Toree is 2! All day she kept calling it "happy day" instead of "happy birthday." We had such a great happy day with a birthday theme of "jump." Of course we went to our weekly open gym in the morning so Toree could jump her heart out. She loves it every week and it just so happened to fall on her birthday.




Because of this love of hers to jump we figured what better birthday present than to be able to jump all the time!


Toree could not stop talking about her "frog happy day cake" so I tried to figure out somehow to make a frog cake. Not so easy. Cakes are definitely not a talent at our house. (I did however make the trampoline cover, it was all blue so I made it cute!)


Toree was actually scared of the flame. She wanted to blow it out. We even practiced before it was lighted but once it got too close she backed up. Luckily there were two eager boys ready to extinguish.


What a happy day indeed!


Green frappe to end the night. I think the kids liked it the best.
