Lyndee Anderson, BSN

Saturday I finally joined the ranks of professional nurses! This year has gone by so fast now that I look back but it felt like it took forever. I'm so glad I did it and I'm so excited to be able to officially care for patients as a nurse. It wasn't an official graduation, but a "pinning" ceremony and welcome into the nursing profession. We could walk in May with the rest of the university but I've been there, done that at BYU. Still can't believe I'm a nurse!

Dr. DeBasio, dean, handing me my plaque. I received the service award for being a part of Student Government and on the Student Affairs Committee.

Here is my award plaque and the box my pin came in. The alumni association gave everyone a yellow rose.

A luncheon was served right after but Toree was not impressed with the yummy sandwiches and dessert. She downed a couple glasses of punch though.

Thank you to everyone who helped me get through this year, especially to my sweet husband. I couldn't have done it without you!

Lyndee I didn't knwo you had a blog!!! I'm so glad to have another blog friend. Congrats on graduation, really it's amazing that you have accomplished so much at the same time as starting a family and having a husband in medical school! I don't think I should ever complain again!
