Toree is going down for naps sooo much better now. I have just come to accept the fact that she just takes short naps and that's just how it's going to be. At least we are on somewhat of a good schedule now even if her naps are short. Still not sleeping through the night but we are working on it and hopefully when she gets a little bigger she will sleep longer. Lately she has been doing some acrobats in her crib and ends up in the funniest positions. Whatever works to get to sleep.

hey glad to be invited;) max was taking short naps, we bought a noise maker and now he will sleep an hour or two! i know these can be a bad habit but i was dying!
Hey! I miss you guys tons! I hope you are liking the new adventure in your lives! Good luck to Ry! I start school in the morning...last semester baby! Well call me and let me know how things are going. Oh and I can't believe how much Toree looks like you Lynd! Amazing!
Thanks for the invite! It is fun to see what you are up. What a cool white coat ceremony! (we can't wait for ours!) I read Baby Wise before Ally was born and I put the basics into play---basically just a schedule and try to stick to it. Also, maybe try to darken the room when she sleeps--use car shades or cardboard in the window. When Ally got older she started sleeping longer and through the night (about 6 months). So who watches Toree while you're both gone?
cute Toree! I hear you on the sleeping thing. Laneah woke once a night till she was 13 months (but I think that was due to some other factors). But there is hope...now she takes a 3 hour nap each day. :) BabyWise wasn't a good one for me, but I did like parts of the Baby Whisperer. Some parts were funny, but for a while it really helped to use the routine she used. Good luck!!
